Sharkia National Food Co.’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved a dividends pay out of EGP 0.10 per share at a total amount of EGP 1.6 million.
The company reported net profits of EGP 2.3 million ($312,000) for 2014, compared with EGP 196,400 ($25,700) for 2013.
The company is capitalised at EGP 81.9 million, divided into 16.4 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
